ES90PU is a five-band (850/900/1800/1900/2100 MHz) GSM modem intended for data transmission via cellular communication networks with 2G – 3G support: UMTS/HSUPA/HSDPA/EDGE/GPRS. Main external interfaces: RS232 serial port, USB connector of type B, TJ6-6P6C connector. The modem may be powered through both TJ6-6P6C and USB connector. The main functions include: data transmission by use of 3G technology, as well as reception and transmission of faxes and SMS-messages. Programming mode and menu mode can be used for updating software file or change operating parameters. ES90PU has a watchdog timer with a flexible system of condition settings reboot. The modem is controlled by standard AT-commands. LED indicators are provided to display status of the modem. ES90PU is designed to operate in telemetering and telemechanic systems, in vending sale systems, automatic payment machines, as well as in other systems using 3G technology for wireless data transmission.
